Instructions for sending device state (Bugreport)

To send the device status (Bugreport), you first need to connect Bphone to the Internet (Wifi/3G/4G), then follow these steps:

Step 1: On Bphone, open Support app.

Step 2: Touch 7 times on the girl image.

Step 3: After touching 7 times on the girl image, the 3-dot icon in the upper right corner of the screen will appear, select this icon.

Step 4: Select Export device state .

After selecting Export device state, there will be an icon on the upper left corner. Please wait about 30 seconds for the system to finish capturing the bug report.

Step 5: Drag the Notification down then select Bug report captured.

 

Step 6: After selecting Bug report captured, a message will be displayed for you to send the device status to Bkav via email. Here, you can choose Gmail or another mail service that you are using.

Step 7: Replace the defaut receiving email with Bphonemm@bkav.com, fill Name, Phone number and Address information in the email content.

Step 8: Click the icon as shown below to send mail.

So, you have completed reporting bug on Bphone to Bkav. Bphone Support Center will analyze then contact and support you.
